**Costa Blanca Buyers by Yohanne & Jacqueline** is a buyer-only real estate agency created to stand firmly on the buyer’s side. We focus on selected areas of Costa Blanca so we can work locally, personally, and with real understanding of both the market and the lifestyle. We are not here just to sell houses, but to support buyers every step of the way.

From time to time, we also have a small selection of elite and exclusive homes for sale through trusted local and private contacts. Even then, our role does not change. Our main focus is service for buyers, and our interests always stand with them.

The agency was founded by Yohanne P. Goergens and Jacqueline T. Ávila, two experienced women with more than 15 years of combined experience in real estate, buyer services, and Spanish administration. As women over 40, we understand how important trust, calm guidance, and feeling safe are when making one of life’s biggest decisions.

Yohanne brings strong international experience and a lifestyle-focused approach. Having lived in several European countries before settling in Costa Blanca, she understands both the emotional and practical challenges of buying or relocating abroad. She helps buyers choose not only the right home, but a way of living that fits their values, rhythm, and future plans.

Jacqueline brings deep local knowledge and strong understanding of Spanish administrative and legal processes. As a native Spanish speaker, she works closely with lawyers, notaries, banks, and public authorities to ensure every step is handled correctly and securely under Spanish law. She takes care of the details so buyers can feel calm, informed, and confident.

Our story began through friendship and a shared passion for padel. As padel players ourselves, animal lovers, and frequent travelers, we naturally connect with clients who are looking for more than just a property. We combine our professional knowledge with a feminine touch, care, and attention to detail.

We assist with transfers from your home country to Spain, NIE applications, opening Spanish bank accounts, guidance on bank mortgages for residents and non-residents, legal coordination, document translation, and full support up to notary completion.
